High performance bio-based recycling materials
Arkema will highlight its innovative high-performance bio-based circular materials derived from castor seeds that do not compete with food or contribute to deforestation. Arkema is particularly focused on promoting sustainable castor cultivation —
Arkema recently organized a visit to sustainable castor cultivation in India, attended by more than 20 global customers. High-performance bio-based recycled materials combine lightweight, excellent impact resistance and flexibility. At the same time, compared with similar petroleum-based materials, the carbon footprint is reduced by approximately 60%.
Arkema is currently launching new production capacity for its high-performance bio-based recycling materials in Singapore and is building a PA11 powder plant at its Changshu production base in China to enable us to achieve our ambitions of regional supply in key regions around the world.
We will showcase a series of our applications at this Chinaplas, including applications in many market fields such as sports, consumer electronics, 3D printing, textiles, industry, and green smart mobility.

Arkema also provides open-loop and closed-loop recycling services through the Virtucycle® recycling program. Whether you want to supply polymers for recycling or need to purchase partially recycled or 100% recycled materials, we will connect you with recycling solutions. High durability for a more sustainable world
Kynar® by Arkema
PVDF series products are suitable for harsh environments and bring long service life. We will demonstrate lithium-ion battery adhesive and separator coating applications. Other demanding applications include durable outdoor architectural coatings, chemical processing industries, etc. We also continue to improve Kynar® in China
PVDF production capacity.
Our product experts will also be on hand to answer inquiries about Kepstan® PEKK ultra-high performance polymers. Kepstan®
PEKK can be used for powder coating without primer, and can also be used for high-end 3D printing (additive manufacturing) to meet the specific application requirements of some ultra-high-performance parts and bring unparalleled performance.
