Operating rules
Saving conditions
CORONATE HXR-90B should always be stored in an airtight container at room temperature . Since it is highly reactive with active hydrogen groups, contact with moisture in the air should be avoided. For long-term storage, it should be stored indoors at room temperature (15 – 25C).
When using
If the NCO group in this product reacts with water, it will generate Some insoluble substances such as urea groups and CO₂ gas will increase the pressure in the closed container and cause the container to expand.
When taking this product or emptying the raw material barrel, you should pay attention to Avoid moisture contamination. The operation of transferring raw materials to the container must also be carried out in a dry environment, and the container should be filled with nitrogen before sealing.
When diluted
When diluting this product, solvents with low water content should be used as much as possible , and care should be taken to avoid contact with water during the dilution operation. The dilution operation must be carried out in a dry environment.
