The mortar required for traditional pipe lubrication methods must be transported to the construction site by vehicle. In order to save vehicles for transporting mortar, some concrete companies also use the method of “carrying” the mortar on the top of the mixer truck after loading the concrete. On the one hand, the separated concrete mortar and pipe-lubricating mortar will mix, causing the actual mix ratio of the concrete to change; on the other hand, when this concrete is transported to the construction site, if it is not fully stirred and pumped into the project, it will cause shear walls and columns. The concrete structure is layered and there are few or even no stones in the upper part of the structure, which can lead to quality disputes or even accidents. In serious cases, it has to be dismantled and reworked. In addition, pipe moistening mortar is often poured into concrete structures, causing harm to concrete structures.
To sum up, the traditional pipe lubrication method has some shortcomings. It not only wastes raw materials such as mortar and mixing truck shift fees, but also causes high costs and quality problems.

2 Polymer pipe moistening agent
The application principle of polymer pipe moistening agent is to simulate cement pipe moistening mortar, which requires the pipe moistening agent to have a certain viscosity so that the pipe moistening material can adhere On the inner wall of the pump pipe; the lubricating agent is also required to have good lubrication properties. When the concrete passes through the pump pipe, the resistance is as small as possible and slides along the pipe wall, making the concrete easy to pump. We often call it pipe moistening performance.
Easily soluble in water, its aqueous solution is viscous, has large surface tension and viscosity, can increase the slipperiness of water, and is not harmful to concrete quality, human health and the environment. Experiments have shown that it is The steel bars have no corrosion effect.
Its use is as follows:
①. Inspection before pumping: Check whether the hopper and delivery pump pipe of the concrete delivery equipment (pump truck, trailer pump, truck-mounted concrete delivery pump) are in good condition Slurry leakage; the hose at the front end of the pump pipe should sag naturally; there should be no residue or water accumulation in the pump pipe; pay special attention to the fact that when starting pumping, the hose at the front end of the pump pipe must be in a natural sagging state. Can be moved laterally.
②. Dosage: Use 1 bag for a pump tube length of 50m, add 20-25kg of water; use 2 bags for a pump tube length of 51-100m, add 40-50kg of water; and so on.
③. Before use, slowly pour this product into a plastic container filled with water and stir while pouring. The stirring time is about 5 to 10 minutes until it is fully dissolved. Let it stand for a while until the solution is dissolved. After it becomes viscous, use the stirring rod to pull out a long thread, which can then be poured into the hopper of the concrete delivery pump; then you can start pumping the solution; when a small amount of solution remains in the hopper, the concrete tanker truck begins to deliver the concrete. The material is slowly discharged into the pump hopper without stopping the pump; after being opened, the material can be discharged and pumped normally.
