Are you still using the old method to lubricate your pump?

For the past few decades, the ready-mixed concrete industry has been using the traditional mortar pump lubrication method, which requires pump mortar to be transported to the construction site via mixer trucks. Every time the pump truck arrives at a construction site or the time between two pumping operations is slightly longer, the mixing station must send the mixer truck to the construction site to transport mortar. Generally, a pump truck has to change 2-3 construction sites a day, and a mixer truck that transports mortar needs 2-3 trips. This not only results in a decrease in the efficiency of the mixer truck, but also consumes a certain amount of mortar raw materials, working hours, manpower, vehicle losses, fuel and other resources, which is extremely detrimental to cost savings, energy conservation and emission reduction. Moreover, when the mortar is not evenly distributed or relatively concentrated in the building, it is easy to cause cracks in the building plate structure and "hollowing out" of the load-bearing components due to the lack of coarse aggregate. </p
