Introduction

UC-9000 is a water-dispersible six-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate UV resin. The non-ionic polyurethane emulsion is prepared by the prepolymer dispersion method, and the aliphatic UV resin prepared by polymerization with IPDI and HDI has the advantage of anti-yellowing and gives the coating film better toughness. And the hydrophilic monomer is grafted into the prepolymer by chemical method, which has good water dispersibility, can be cured by UV-LED light source (395 nm), has good hardness and gloss, and is used for wood or plastic base material. The solid content is 50-70% (set according to customer requirements), and ethanol/water can be used to improve the dilution effect. It must be dehydrated and dried before photocuring. As a result, the gloss, solvent resistance and scratch resistance of the system are greatly improved; and the film-forming performance, especially the comprehensive performance, such as weather resistance, hardening and wear resistance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, etc. have been greatly improved .

It is recommended to place it in a dry indoor area at 5℃-30℃, avoiding contact with water vapor. Avoid sun exposure. Under specified storage conditions, the expected shelf life of this product is 6 months based on previous quality control dates and certificates of analysis. If you need to continue to use it beyond the 6-month warranty period, please use it after measuring the product performance before use.
