The use of pump lubricant is very simple, easy to operate, and does not require additional equipment. In order to ensure normal use and reduce concrete quality problems and pipe blockage caused by improper operation, we recommend the following:
1. Lubricate the pump truck each time it is used with a length of less than 50 meters. One bag of pump agent (Pump Runtong) (300g).
2. Before pumping, first take the required amount of clean dissolved water and pour it into the container (the water temperature should be above zero in winter), and then slowly Add Pump Runtong, stir while adding until completely dissolved, then let stand for 3-5 minutes, stir again and use.
3. When using a truck pump to pump concrete, slowly pour the prepared Pump Runtong solution into the hopper along the inner wall of the pump truck hopper, and then start to slowly pour it into the hopper. Concrete is placed in the hopper. After the concrete covers the feed port of the delivery pump, the pressurized pumping of concrete and ready-mixed mortar can begin. The method is the same when using ground pumps and mortar pumping equipment.
4. When using lubricating agent to lubricate the pump, be careful not to pour the solution discharged after lubrication into the concrete structure. The solution pumped out first must be Several strokes of wetting solution and concrete materials are discharged outside the concrete formwork until the concrete no longer contains wetting solution. Direct pouring into concrete structures is not allowed to avoid unnecessary safety issues.
5. The operation process must be strictly implemented in accordance with the operating instructions to achieve the best and most ideal pumping and lubrication effects.
