When producing BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene film), in order to increase the smoothness, anti-adhesion and antistatic properties of the product surface, the static and dynamic friction coefficients of the product surface are greatly reduced after adding , and also meets the high-speed AUTO packaging requirements.
4. Milk, soybean milk, soy milk, soy sauce, beverages and other liquid substances packaged by AUTO filling machines require that the packaging film is easy to open and the dynamic friction coefficient is ≤0.35. Only by adding oleic acid amide or erucic acid amide can the packaging film be easily opened. Meet the requirements and make the surface of the product smooth and bright.
5. 7. Used as an opening agent and slippery agent for HDPE (high-density polyethylene) packaging film. After adding it, the film becomes uniform in thickness and smooth in surface, which can prevent wrinkles on the film surface.
8. Used as IPP (anti-impact modified polypropylene), EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), EEA (ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer), PA (polyamide), etc. Ideal smoothing, opening and anti-blocking agent for films and gums.
9. Transparent rigid PVC films or sheets usually add organic tin (tin mercaptide) as a stabilizer. The melt with added organic tin has a strong tendency to stick, and it must be controlled. For adhesiveness, amide slip agents such as erucamide, oleic acid amide, stearic acid amide, and ethylene bisstearamide (EBS) must be added.
10. In multi-layer co-extruded films and high-transmittance agricultural films, the addition of this product can significantly reduce the friction coefficient of the film and produce films that feel smooth and bright. It can be used together with silica and calcium stearate for better effect, or it can be made into masterbatch.
11. Used as opening agent, slip agent, anti-sticking agent and antistatic agent for PS (polystyrene) film or sheet.
12. To make the friction coefficient of composite films (such as transparent PP composite films and PP pearlescent films) lower than 0.4, a slip agent (oleic acid amide or erucic acid amide) must be added.
