On October 16, the intelligent demonstration project of Zhongwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 20,000 tons of nylon 66 special functional fiber was successfully “started” at one time!
The project was successfully completed and put into operation, marking a new step for Zhongwei Chemical Fiber on the development path of “refinement, differentiation and specialization” of nylon 66. The new production capacity can not only ensure more, more complete and better supply of core materials for the industrial downstream enterprises in the first district and four parks of Henan Special Nylon Town, but also provide support for undertaking related nylon industries such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. The industry settled in Hebi, laying a solid foundation for core raw materials.
As the industrial chain leader of Nylon Town, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. produces nylon 66 ultra-fine denier industrial yarn, nylon 66 industrial staple fiber products, nylon 66 high-strength colored yarn and other products, which fill the gaps in the domestic industry. The only private enterprise that produces nylon 66 airbag yarn.
The project held a groundbreaking ceremony in Qi County, Hebi City, Henan Province on March 1, 2022. It mainly built 3 production workshops and auxiliary buildings, imported and purchased 12 sets of spinning production equipment and supporting facilities, and realized interconnection and integration through industrial communication networks. Transformation to realize informatization, digitalization, energy saving and flexible intelligence of the entire factory production management, to meet the production standards of intelligent factories.
