1. Scope of application

This test method describes how to test one-component foam caulking agent (OCF) for oil leakage after the foam has cured.

2. Brief description of steps

Pop the liquid foam to On the PE film, after curing for 24 hours, cut out the foam of a fixed size and transfer it to A4 paper. Put a 1kg weight on the foam and place it in a 50°C oven for 24 hours to observe the oil permeability.

Five. Test steps

1. Preparation

Place the sample jar to be tested in the test environment (23℃, 50% relative humidity) for at least 24 hours.

2. Steps

① Shake the one-component foam caulking (OCF) can 60 times;

②Install the nozzle or spray gun;

③Discard the front 30-50g foam;

④at Put 5-6 uniform foam strips on the PE film without leaving any gaps, each with a length greater than 20cm and a diameter of 3-4cm;
