Apply Process

Prepare KY-1203 and acrylic hard film according to this ratio: KY in acrylic hard film The solid content of -1203 is 0.5-5wt%, then fully stir until the solution becomes uniform.

Substrate: polycarbonate board

Coating: spin coating; 500rpm/10sec+3000rpm/20sec

Pre-drying: 80℃/1min

Curing device: transmission type metal halide lamp ultraviolet irradiation device, lamp output power 80W/cm

Irradiation conditions: in nitrogen environment, cumulative light 1600mJ/cm2
