It is a special polyurethane product that fills polyurethane prepolymer, foam rubber, catalyst and other components into a pressure-resistant aerosol can. When the material is sprayed from the aerosol can, the foamy polyurethane material will rapidly expand and solidify with air or moisture in the matrix in contact to form foam. The cured foam has various effects such as caulking, bonding, sealing, heat insulation, and sound absorption. It is an environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and easy-to-use building material. It can be used for sealing and plugging, filling gaps, fixing and bonding, and thermal insulation. Sound insulation, especially suitable for sealing, plugging and waterproofing between plastic steel or aluminum alloy doors, windows and walls.

1. Foam caulk font>Normal use of cans The temperature is+5～+40℃.

Best operating temperature+18～+25℃. Under low temperature conditions, it is recommended to place this product at a constant temperature of +25~+30℃ for 30 minutes before use to ensure its best performance. The temperature resistance range of the cured foam is -35℃～+80℃.

2、Foam caulk Moisture curing foam.

When used, it should be sprayed on a moist surface. The greater the humidity, the faster the curing. Uncured foam can be cleaned with cleaning agents, while cured foam can be removed mechanically (sanding or cutting). The cured foam will turn yellow when exposed to ultraviolet light. It is recommended that the surface of the cured foam be coated with other materials (cement mortar, paint, etc.). After using the spray gun, please clean it immediately with special cleaning agent. When replacing the material tank, first shake the new tank well (shake it at least 20 times), remove the empty tank, and quickly replace the new material tank with the new one to prevent the spray gun connection port from solidifying. The flow control valve and trigger of the spray gun can control the amount of foam flow. When the eruption stops, the flow valve is closed in a clockwise direction.

3、Uncured foam is sticky to skin and clothing.

Do not touch skin and clothing when using. There is a pressure of 5-6kg/cm2 (25℃) in the foam caulking tank. During storage and transportation, the temperature should not exceed 50°C to prevent tank explosion. Polyurethane foam caulking agent tanks should be kept away from direct sunlight and prohibited from being touched by children. Empty tanks after use, especially partially used but not yet used foam. Cans of caulking agent should not be thrown away, and burning or puncturing empty cans is prohibited. Keep away from open flames and do not come into contact with flammable and explosive items. The construction site should have ventilation conditions, and construction workers should wear work gloves, work clothes and goggles during construction, and do not smoke. If the foam touches your eyes, please rinse with clean water before going to the hospital; if it touches the skin, rinse with clean water and soap.
