Apply Scope

Hydrapat® WE 3322 is suitable for waterborne coating systems, targeting 100% active nonionic surfactant for metal, wood and plastic substrates. This product can be effectively used in coatings and inks of various emulsion systems, including polyurethane dispersions, acrylics and styrenated acrylics. Hydrapat® WE 3322 does not stabilize foam and can be added as a defoamer in formulations to give excellent wetting properties. Added at the recommended addition levels, Hydrapat® WE 3322 will not affect the corrosion resistance of the coating or affect the recoatability of the coating. This product does not contain silicon, APE and solvents.

Recommended Amount added

0.25~0.75% of the total formula

Hydrapat® WE 3322 should be added at any stage of production. Added during the grinding stage to aid in the wetting of the pigments.
