2. Main technical properties

4. Precautions for use
1. The mix design of AEA concrete is the same as that of ordinary concrete. But the minimum cement dosage should be ≥300kg/m3. Exceptions include large-volume concrete for hydraulic engineering and offshore engineering.
2. There must be a dedicated person responsible for AEA weighing, and the AEA measuring device must be inspected at any time. In principle, AEA is put into the mixer together with other materials. Mixing time: When using a forced mixer for ordinary concrete, it should be extended to more than 30 seconds, and when using a self-falling mixer, it should be extended by more than 1 minute. The material can be discharged only after the mixing time reaches a uniform state.
3. The poured concrete should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be covered with straw mats in time. After the concrete hardens, it must be maintained by dedicated personnel, and the curing time should be no less than 14 days to keep the concrete in a moist state.
4. If honeycomb dog holes appear in the concrete after removing the formwork, the loose areas can be removed and then repaired with AEA-mixed mortar or pisolite concrete.
5. The expansion joint spacing of AEA concrete can be extended to 60m; by adopting seamless design and construction technology, expansion joints can be eliminated.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in a composite woven bag lined with plastic bags. Each bag weighs 50±0.5 kg and is stored in a dry and ventilated place. It is prohibited to get wet and caked, and the shelf life is one year. </p
