Operation tips

1. Before spraying glue, The surface of the material must be dry and clean, free of dust and oil;

2. Spraying at room temperature, for Foam or fabric is sprayed on both sides; single-sided spraying requires a functional test in advance;

3. The distance between the spray gun and the material surface About 20±5 cm, the nozzle and the surface of the material are kept at 45±5 degrees;

4. The spray gun moves smoothly, Spray evenly, no lack of glue or accumulation of glue, the glue layer should not be too thick or too thin;

5. Properly dry, the bonding must be completed within 15 minutes after spraying, and reasonable pressure should be applied after bonding (the adhesive layer is generally at 24hours to cure, 48 hours to reach the maximum tension);

6. The initial strength can be produced by pressing; the pressing force can be slightly adjusted according to the amount of spray and the porosity of the surface;

7. Drying time: In summer, the temperature is high, and it is usually packed after 10 hours of drying; in winter, the temperature is low, and it is usually packed after 15 hours of drying;
