On October 31, Jacques Technology released its third quarter performance report for 2023, stating that the company achieved revenue of 3.542 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 11.84%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 481 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.73%; achieved Net profit after non-exclusion was 485 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.52%.
Among them, Yake Technology achieved revenue of 1.219 billion yuan in the third quarter, a year-on-year increase of 10.01%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 139 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.35%; net profit after non-deductions was 136 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 25.45% .
Yake Technology has divested itself of its flame retardant business, and through multiple acquisitions, it has focused on semiconductor material companies with low localization rates and expanded its electronic material categories. Currently, it owns precursors & SOD, photoresists for panels and supporting reagents. There are six major product lines: electronic special gas, silica powder, LDS equipment, and LNG insulation composite materials; and each major product line has independent hematopoietic capabilities and balanced development.
It is reported that since Yak Technology started the merger and acquisition of electronic materials in 2016, its revenue has increased from 894 million yuan in 2016 to 4.259 billion yuan in 2022, with a compound growth rate of more than 25% in 7 years. The revenue of the electronic materials sector accounts for It will increase from 9% in 2017 to 75.83% in 2022. Among the revenue proportions of various businesses in 2022, precursors & SOD accounted for 26.84%, photoresists and supporting reagents accounted for 29.55%, electronic special gases accounted for 11.64%, silica powder accounted for 5.17%, LDS equipment accounted for 2.62%, and LNG insulation Composite materials accounted for 9.46%, and flame retardant business accounted for 9.61%.
