Product Features
polyester thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer for Various materials such as PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, textiles and leather have excellent bonding effects. Good initial peel strength, excellent heat resistance, good solubility, slow crystallization speed, long sticky time and low temperature plasticity.
Purpose
Solvent-based polyurethane adhesive, which can be used alone Or add a bridging agent and use it together for shoe materials and fabric lamination to meet the needs of higher heat resistance.

White to yellowish oval particles
Multi-layer paper bag, net weight 25 kg; space Bag or octagonal box with PE liner bag, net weight 500 kg or 750 kg
Solubility
Elastollan® Bondura can be stirred and dissolved in butanone , Acetone solvent. When the solvent contains ethyl acetate or toluene, the viscosity will increase.
Processing
Generally speaking, if the product is kept dry and cool (10 - 25˚C), and stored in unopened, undamaged bags, it will be in normal processing condition for at least 6 months after shipment. Thereafter, we do not provide further guarantees regarding the processability and shelf life of the products. If the material itself is defective in quality, the buyer's rights and guarantees remain unaffected.
Save
Elastollan is a hygroscopic material and therefore is recommended for storage In tightly closed original packaging and in cool (10 - 25˚C) dry conditions.
