When the pump truck moistens the pipe, it relies on the thin layer of mucous membrane for lubrication. If the viscosity of the pipe lubricant is not up to standard, it cannot replace the traditional cement mortar pipe lubricant. There is a saying that goes like this, cheap things are only happy the moment you pay for them, but you are not happy even a minute when you use them! There is a price difference between high-purity lubricants and ordinary lubricants, so you can’t just go for the cheap! In order for the lubricant to achieve the best lubrication effect, the preparation of the high-purity lubricant is slightly different from the ordinary one; when adding the high-purity lubricant to clean water, first turn on the reverse pump and stir for about 10 times. Pause for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the polymer to fully dissolve, then turn on the reverse pump and stir about 10 times before you can start lubrication.
