Advantages
The structural characteristics of Rhodorsil® Extrasoft C845 have been specifically optimized to provide exceptional softness while minimizing the yellowing associated with achieving this level of soft hand.

Apply
Rhodorsil® Extrasoft C845 is easily emulsified into macroemulsion or microemulsion, used for softening and lubricating treatment of fabrics. Emulsions can be easily prepared using C13 [EO]6 fatty alcohol ethoxylates as emulsifiers.
Preparation of microemulsion by reverse phase method:

Rhodorsil Extrasoft C845	20g
glacial acetic acid	0.32 g
SurfactantC13(EO)6	8g
Water	71.68 g

Technique:
Mix the oil, acid and surfactant together, and gradually add water with constant stirring until the water is completely added.
It can be used for padding or dip-dyeing when used. A silicon content of 0.3% to 1% can impart the following properties to the fabric:
• Very slippery, soft, plump feel;
• Excellent lubricity (sewing thread or fiber);
• Very good drapability;
• Increase fabric elasticity and wrinkle recovery after washing;
• Low yellowing.

Storage and storage period
Stored in the original airtight container at 2℃~30℃, the standard validity period of RHODORSIL EXTRASOFT C845 is 12 months from the production date. Please refer to the storage advice and expiry date on the packaging. Beyond this date, BLUESTAR SILICONES no longer warrants that products will meet sales specifications.
