King’s Nacure® 4167 Amine Neutralizing Acid Catalyst

Product Introduction
NACURE® 4167 is an amine neutralized phosphate catalyst. It is a weak acid catalyst that is especially effective for polymeric or high imino melamine and phenolic resins.

Solubility
Soluble in water, alcohols, glycol ethers, esters, ketones, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Typical Usage
0.5 to 2.0% based on total resin solids.

Dilution Properties
Can be stirred��Add to the paint, it can also be pre-diluted with alcohol.

18 months from date of production when stored under ambient conditions in original container.

Handling and Storage
NACURE 4167 is classified as a flammable liquid. Safe handling of this product should include the use of safety glasses and gloves. Avoid breathing vapours - use with adequate ventilation.
