Antiseptic and antibacterial agent 410 is a new generation of broad-spectrum antiseptic, which can be widely used in water-based systems such as coatings and polymer synthetic emulsions. Best suited for high pH systems.

Product Features
①Broad-spectrum, long-term killing of a variety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, using a concentration of 0.2% can achieve a good antibacterial effect
② Good compatibility with various emulsifiers and other ingredients, and can be miscible with any proportion of alcohol and water
③Applicable pH range is wider than similar products, pH 4.0-12.0 can be used
④Strong stability: no change in one year storage at -20°C to 40°C, active ingredients are also stable at 150°C
⑤ Low toxicity, no heavy metals and halogen compounds, no formaldehyde, low odor, no VOC
⑥Good high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no discoloration, good compatibility

How to use
In water-based systems such as coatings and polymer synthetic emulsions, the general use concentration is 0.1-0.6%, depending on whether the product is susceptible to microbial erosion and the storage environment of the product.

25, 200 or 1000 kg plastic drums. Room temperature, dark, shelf life of one year.

Precautions
This product can be added in any process, but it should be avoided as far as possible above 50°C, and it is recommended to add in the last process below 50°C. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and goggles and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
