10. Check the hydraulic oil level. The quality of the oil should be yellow and transparent, without emulsification or confusion, otherwise it should be replaced.

11. Check whether there is moisture mixed in the hydraulic oil. The funnel shape of the bottom ball valve at the bottom of the tank should be unscrewed and drained every 3 days. Do not allow hydraulic oil to escape.

12. After each maintenance, maintenance or replacement of hydraulic oil and filling of grease, the residual hydraulic oil and grease on the pump truck must be cleaned or cleaned.

13. Routine maintenance requires regular removal of vehicle oil stains.

14. Chassis maintenance should be carried out by the chassis factory service station or factory employees, and private processing is strictly prohibited. ?

2. Maintenance of the pump truck after 50 hours of operation (1500/2500)

3. Check the hydraulic oil. If necessary, the hydraulic oil should be replaced with new one. Newly added hydraulic oil must comply with national standards. Under normal circumstances, 10,000 square meters should be replaced when pumping water.

4. Check whether the air pressure of the energy storage device is sufficient. The air pressure of large energy storage devices is 8~9 MPa.

5. Check the joints and welds of structural parts.

6. Check the oil level of the distribution box to see if it needs to be replenished or replaced.

5. Maintenance of the pump truck after 750 hours of operation?

1. Carry out the aforementioned maintenance.

2. Check the wear of the concrete cylinder and replace it immediately if the coating is severely worn.
