Features /app
The metal primer prepared by Bayhydrol® UH 650 can be mixed with two-component polyurethane varnish for two-coat coating system. It is characterized by strong adhesion to various plastic surfaces, Has good recoatability and water resistance. Metallic primers can be sprayed with a two-component polyurethane clearcoat after pre-drying at 5 minutes at 80°C or 15 minutes at room temperature. The minimum temperature for forced drying is 60°C. Bayhydrol® UH 650 is compatible with waterborne polyesters and certain acrylic dispersions. Since there are many types of resins to choose from, it is recommended to conduct a compatibility test.

Cleaning
Preparation and application equipment can be cleaned with water, alkaline cleaners or isopropyl alcohol.

When the product is stored in full compliance with the requirements of the above "storage" clause and handled properly, the product meets the requirements within 6 months from the date of transportation stated on the transportation document. Specifications or characteristic values ​​described in the "Specification or characteristic values" clause above, as applicable. If the product exceeds the above-mentioned 6-month period, it does not mean that it is not��Conforms to the set value in the specification or characteristic value.
