Product Introduction
Bayer Baypren® (Baypren®) 320-2 P is a chlorinated butadiene rubber with a high crystallization rate. The viscosity of the glue is medium, and its molecular side chain can be grafted with methyl methacrylate. Its performance is basically similar to that of Bayer Ping 320-2. It is suitable for the preparation of contact adhesives (universal adhesives), and can produce strong adhesion within a short bonding time.
Due to It is a non-sulfur or thiuram modified product, so it is especially suitable for those adhesive products that require high yellowing resistance.
Delivery form
Flakes , with about 1% (maximum) talc release agent to prevent caking.

Solubility

Waste Disposal
Deprecated The residues should be incinerated according to local regulations. European countries should follow the European Waste Catalog (EWC) code for disposal. See Safety Data Sheet for further information.
No Carefully cleaned packaging can be incinerated in local or industrial incinerators in areas limited by German packaging regulations. Harmful marks cannot be removed before the packaging is cleaned.
Packaging
25kg (±200g) packed in multi-layer paper bags with PE inner film; 35 bags per pallet, covered with PE shrink film.
Properties/Applications
Bayer PING® 320-2 P can be grafted to methyl methacrylate. Its performance is basically similar to that of Bayerpin® 320-2, and it can be used to prepare multi-purpose all-purpose adhesive products, suitable for shoemaking, woodworking, plastic products and floor covering, etc.

in Under normal storage conditions (10-25°C, dry, avoid direct sunlight), the shelf life is one year after shipment.
