Compared with general polyester and polyether diols, it exhibits quite excellent mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, thermal stability, and weather resistance and solvent resistance.
Product Application
Artificial leather, synthetic leather, TPU, TPE, spandex, adhesive, two-component polyurethane coating, self-healing PU coating, water-based polyurethane dispersion; elastic feel and wear resistance paint etc.
To improve durability, light resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, heat yellowing resistance, PCDL will be the best choice.
Solubility/Dilution
Compatible with esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons and ether esters. Long-term storage of low-solids solutions may result in turbidity and precipitation. Polyurethane grade solvents (<0.1% moisture, free of other reactive impurities) should be used.
