Product Usage:
Dabco NE210 is a non-emitting amine equilibrium catalyst that reacts into the polyurethane matrix and therefore produces no emissions;
Dabco NE210 is suitable for all molded foam and high density foam applications to meet OEM emission regulations such as VDA278;
Advantages of Dabco NE210 include: no amine catalyst emissions, no VOC emissions, no vinyl staining, no windshield fogging, and stable masterbatch;
Dabco NE210 can be used in any water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resilient foam (HR) as well as TDI/MDI or MDI-type cold cure molded polyurethane foam;
Dabco NE210 is recommended at a dosage of 0.50 to 1 PPHP (per hundred parts of polyol) in MDI systems and 0.40 to 0.70 PPHP in TDI systems.
DABCO NE210 polyurethane foaming catalyst is a new, second generation, non-emission (NE) foaming catalyst that chemically binds to the polyurethane foam matrix and maintains the foam properties of diphenylmethylene diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI) systems.
DABCO NE210 eliminates windshield fogging and polyethylene plastic contamination caused by odor and volatile emissions when used in automotive manufacturing. This catalyst can be used in combination with other non-volatile catalysts such as Dabco NE1070 or alone with conventional co-catalysts to reduce volatiles and odor emissions. The Dabco NE210 catalyst was shown to be free of volatile emissions by dynamic above surface gas analysis using standard automotive OEM VDA278 methodology. These results confirm that the catalyst is fully bonded to the foam matrix. Vapor pressure measurements show that the volatility of the catalyst is well below current industry standards, which means that catalyst processing in foam production lines is much less volatile.
Advantages of DABCO NE210:
-
No amine catalyst volatilization
2、No volatile organic compounds emission
3, no polyethylene plastic contamination
4, no windshield fog and water droplets
5, Batch-to-batch stability is guaranteed
Shelf life.
Keep unopened, two years
Storage and transportation:
Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse
Packaging:
200KG/drum Storage: it is recommended to store in dry and cool area with proper ventilation. Please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent the mixing of other substances such as moisture and other substances that may affect the product performance. Store in a cool and dry place, keep the container sealed and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothing separately and wash before use. Maintain good hygiene practices. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry, cool and properly ventilated area. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other affected substances, which may alter the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are inappropriate and should be avoided if possible.
