On November 19, Inner Mongolia Huaheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd.’s PTMEG and PBAT new material industry chain integration project, the formaldehyde device, natural gas hydrogen production device, BDO device, PTMEG device, the entire process was opened up, and the start-up was successful in one go , successfully produced qualified hydrogen, formaldehyde, BDO, and PTMEG products. All device products are of excellent quality, of which hydrogen purity is 99.9% and BDO purity is 99.7%.
This project is located in the Low-Carbon Industrial Park of Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia. It utilizes the abundant limestone resources and coal resources in Wuhai City to produce BDO using the acetylenic aldehyde method to provide raw materials for the PTMEG unit. The PTMEG unit also fills the fine chemical industry chain in Wuhai area. It is of great strategic significance to promote the development of the local new materials market.
Since the Inner Mongolia Huaheng Project officially broke ground at the project site on August 29, 2021, it has always adhered to the principles of safe production, guaranteed quality, and strict progress control. It lasted 2 years and overcame many problems such as tight construction schedule, harsh climate, and many cross-cutting operations. Difficulties, with the professional spirit of perseverance and hard work and the determination not to be afraid of hardship and overcome difficulties, we will allocate sufficient construction resources, rationally arrange the connection procedures, optimize the construction technology, be precise to the sky, implement it to the people, and ensure quality and quantity. Efficiently promote project construction, project site control is good, and safe labor hours reached 6 million.
