1. Polyurethane new structural insulation integrated wall:
Using a new generation of polyisocyanurate PIR insulation products, PIR has excellent insulation performance, good fireproofing performance as a thermosetting material, good waterproofing, and durability.
This project draws on the refrigerator insulation foaming process to inject low-density PIR into the double-layer AAC (steam pressurized concrete slab) cavity, and utilizes the super strong bonding force of PIR to form a whole with AAC to achieve efficient thermal insulation and high waterproofing of the wall. Performance and construction equivalent to Class A fire protection.
2. Integrated polyurethane spray roof insulation and waterproofing:
It can realize spraying on the roof with full adhesion, no seams, and no cold bridges. It can replace a waterproof layer and create an efficient insulating and waterproof clothing for the roof, completely solving the roof waterproofing problem.
3. Integrated polyurethane spray-coated floor insulation and sound insulation:
Seamless spray coating, thermal insulation and sound insulation, weighted impact sound improvement of more than 20dB, high compressive strength, no cracking and deformation.
4. Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane door, window and curtain wall system:
The latest technology of polyurethane composite materials is applied to doors and windows. It has the characteristics of thermal insulation, light weight and high strength, good fire resistance and durability without deformation. The heat transfer coefficient reaches 1.0W/(m2·K).
Wanhua Talent Center comprehensively uses four renewable energy technologies and manages key indicators such as operating energy consumption, carbon emission intensity, and indoor comfort in real time through an intelligent monitoring and management platform. After the project is put into operation, the energy consumption of non-renewable energy is 50kwh/(m2.a), which is more than 60% lower than that of conventional buildings. It reduces carbon dioxide emissions by more than 10,000 tons per year. At the same time, it achieves constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen, constant cleanliness, constant cleansing and five-year comfortable living. !
