With the commissioning of the second phase of the Zhuhai Shengquan High-tech Company, Zhuhai Shengquan Hi-Tech Company’s special epoxy resin production capacity will reach 30,000 tons/year, and electronic and phenolic resin will reach 20,000 tons/year. The electronic-grade resin produced by the company has the characteristics of high insulation reliability, high heat resistance, low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low thermal expansion coefficient, etc., and is used in copper-clad laminate base materials, device packaging molding compounds, etc. on printed circuit boards. Circuit board ink, etc. It can meet the development needs of the electronics industry for materials in high-frequency signal transmission and high-speed information processing, and can be widely used in 5G/6G communications, automotive electronics, consumer electronics and other fields.
