Overview of Production Expansion and Renovation Project
The lactic acid expansion and transformation project with an annual output of 50,000 tons is located in the existing lactic acid production plant at No. 08 Jindan Avenue, Dancheng County, Henan Province. The construction period is 12 months and is expected to be completed in December 2024. The project funds will be used for new buildings, houses and Civil construction foundation, purchase of advanced production and supporting auxiliary equipment, improvement of factory fire protection system, factory warehouse system renovation, finished product storage tank upgrade, etc. After the project is completed, it is expected to increase lactic acid production capacity by 50,000 tons per year.
Provide raw materials for polylactic acid project

On September 7, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for the annual production of 200,000 tons of polymer-grade lactic acid and supporting projects, and the 150,000-ton polylactic acid project of Henan Jindan Lactic Acid Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Dancheng County, Zhoukou City. Jindan Technology plans to invest in the construction of a new polylactic acid biodegradable material project with an annual output of 150,000 tons during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, of which the first phase is a new polylactic acid biodegradable material project with an annual output of 75,000 tons.
The company's 10,000-ton-annual lactide project has overcome key technical bottlenecks and can now stably produce lactide products with qualified quality and has the conditions for large-scale industrial expansion.
Currently, Jindan Technology has an annual production capacity of 183,000 tons of lactic acid, lactate and its series of products, ranking among the top in the world. At present, the company has built a lactide production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and the polylactic acid project under construction with an annual output of 75,000 tons is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2024.
