According to reports, Shandong Lianxin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. actively responds to the key reform tasks of the national “carbon peak, carbon neutral” strategy and “white pollution” comprehensive treatment plan, and will develop a new environmental protection PPC-P biodegradable in Hekou District Plastic projects, construction of phthalic anhydride production base, storage center, carbon dioxide-based biodegradable plastic research center, school-enterprise joint achievement transformation center, etc. Among them, the first phase covers an area of 300 mu, and mainly builds a production base of a new generation of carbon dioxide-based biodegradable plastic materials with a million-ton level.
After the completion of the PPC-P project, the annual sales income will be 18 billion yuan, the profits and taxes will be 1 billion yuan, and huge social benefits will be realized. The annual consumption of carbon dioxide will be 195,000 tons. While increasing the gross national product of the region, both It helps to eliminate “white pollution”, and can recycle and reduce carbon dioxide emissions to realize resource utilization. The implementation of the project will effectively promote the layout and development of the new material industry in Hekou District and create a highland for innovation in the new material industry.
Carbon dioxide-based biodegradable plastic (PPCP) is a resin product obtained by bulk polymerization of propylene oxide, phthalic anhydride, and carbon dioxide blocks under the action of a catalyst.
