Solubility/ Dilution
Generally speaking, Desmodeo L75 has good compatibility with the following solvents, but the storage stability of its diluted solution must be tested. It can be dissolved in ester solvents, such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, and can also be dissolved in toluene, xylene, Slovesso® 100 and Slovesso® A and other solvents, but it cannot be dissolved in petroleum in solvent oil.
Alcohol solvents will react with Desmodur L75 and therefore should not be used as diluents. Long-term storage of low-solid content resin solutions may cause turbidity and precipitation. Polyurethane grade solvents must be used (water content less than 0.05%), solvents must not contain active ingredients.
Compatibility
Desmodur L75 is compatible with many polyesters, polyethers and polyacrylates, and is also compatible with various Desmodur curing agents.
apply
A coating formulated with Desmodur L75 for the coating of furniture, flooring, metal, paper, plastic and mineral substrates.
Save
Desmodo L75 is sensitive to moisture. Therefore, it needs to be stored in the original packaging barrel that is completely original and sealed. The recommended storage temperature is 0°C to 30°C. Storage at high temperature will cause viscosity increase. Desmodo L75 is stable for at least six months when stored under proper conditions.
Security
Due to the presence of solvents, special care should be taken when handling this product.
