Product Introduction
"ETERNACOLL® PH" is the trade name of a mixed polycarbonate diol developed by Ube Industries, which uses 1,5-pentanediol and 1 ,6-Hexanediol is a polymerizable monomer.

Specifications

Heat resistance: 120℃ heated in the oven for 50 days

1. Solid % w/w = 38, Prepolymer NCO/OH ratio = 1.5, Preparation by acetone method
2. Completely dry (23℃, 50% RH)
3. Measured on a stainless steel plate at a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50% after 7 days (ISO 1514)

Water resistance: submerged at 80℃60 days in water
Oil resistance: 100℃Immersed in BP CS 150 for 30 days
Weather resistance: Exposure for 200 hours with a 340nm wavelength beam through a weather aging instrument
    Radiation 35 Wm2/nm
Black mark temperature 65℃ ± 3℃
Relative humidity
    Dry for 102 minutes, then immediately spray with water for 18 minutes
