1. The pumping performance of concrete decreases
The most intuitive manifestation of concrete pumping performance is concrete of liquidity. After concrete segregates, its fluidity plummets. This will lead to the problem of pump clogging easily occurring during the pumping process of concrete. Most clogged pipe problems are caused by concrete segregation.
2. The quality of concrete decreases
After segregation, the concrete delaminates. During the pouring process , there are more sand and gravel materials at the bottom, while cement slurry is mostly on the surface. After hardening, the concrete is prone to dust and dust, which directly leads to unqualified project quality. At the same time, in the concrete after segregation, the aggregate gaps are too large, which will cause bubbles in the concrete and cause honeycombing. Or, the strength of the concrete after hardening is not enough, and it is easy to cause cracking problems.
