Introduction

UC-8100 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion containing hydroxyl 1.8, the performance is stable and excellent. It has excellent adhesion, excellent surface resistance, clear and high gloss paint film, good wear resistance, water resistance and weather resistance. It has a wide range of uses, especially for wood and plastic coatings.

Use

High-hardness water-based two-component wood lacquer transparent primer, glossy clear topcoat, Solid color primer, solid color top coat.

Main Features

-Excellent water resistance, excellent yellowing resistance, good adhesion.
- High hardness, high gloss, good film permeability and good leveling.
-Surface is scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, anti-blocking, good resistance to chemicals.

-The amount of water-based curing agent 2655 (PMA diluted to 80%) is 15-20%.

It is recommended to place it in a dry indoor area at 5℃-30℃, avoiding contact with water vapor. Avoid sun exposure. Under specified storage conditions, the expected shelf life of this product is 6 months based on previous quality control dates and certificates of analysis. If you need to continue to use it beyond the 6-month warranty period, please use it after measuring the product performance before use.
