Others, such as the lubricating agent solution, need to be insoluble in the concrete, because once the lubricating agent solution is miscible with the concrete, the water-cement ratio of the concrete will increase, and the strength will decrease. Check solubility. Take 500 grams of water at about 5 degrees Celsius, and take 5 grams of lubricant. Stir for 1 minute, stop for 3 minutes, stir again for 1 minute, and check whether the lubricant is completely dissolved and whether it is agglomerated. A good lubricant can be completely dissolved and transparent.
Check the lubrication ability. Take a 20cm section of steel pipe with a diameter of 125mm and seal one end with a steel plate. Pour the prepared lubrication solution into it and pour it out in the shortest possible time. Weigh the quality of the lubricating agent hanging on the wall. It is better to have a larger amount hanging on the wall. Scrape the pump with your fingers. It is better if it has obvious lubrication.
Check the insoluble properties of concrete. Take 200ml of the prepared lubricant liquid in a transparent beaker, take a concrete slurry with a slump of more than 220mm, about 1cm thick, stir vigorously with a glass rod for 1 minute, it is better if the concrete does not dissolve into the lubricant liquid.
Check environmental friendliness. Pump lubricant should be nontoxic and odorless. Take 50ml of the prepared lubricating fluid and place it on the outdoor cement floor, and check whether it is completely degraded within a week. A good lubricant can be completely degraded without leaving any residue.
