2. Solvent method: Use toluene or xylene as the solvent and amines as the catalyst to react 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol with phosphorus trichloride. The reactant is alcohol or water. After separation and washing, the finished product is obtained.

It has a good synergistic effect when used together with hindered amine antioxidants 1010 and 1076, which can improve the quality of polymeric materials. Stability during thermal processing. There are more than a dozen preparations compounded with phenolic antioxidants, which are widely used in polyolefins (such as polyethylene, polypropylene) and olefin copolymers, polyamide, polycarbonate, PS resin, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber And petroleum products, ABS resin and other polymer materials. The compounds can also be used in adhesives, natural or synthetic adhesive resins, etc. The general dosage is 0.1%~1.0%.
