1. Product description

Adhesive Type:

SPH-3130 is a polymer prepolymer with a solid content of 100%, which is in a solid state at room temperature and can be melted by heating. It is coated on the surface of one substrate by various sizing methods such as point coating, roller coating, scraping coating or spraying, and bonded to another substrate by rolling or other methods, and a higher strength can be obtained immediately. Initial adhesion; with the participation of moisture in the air, it can quickly further produce a chemical reaction with the surface of the substrate, and form a flexible thermosetting substance after curing.

2. User Guide

Place it directly under the pressure plate of the glue melting machine as soon as possible, and press down the pressure plate until the pressure plate completely touches the upper surface of the glue, start the glue pump of the glue melt machine, and discharge the air bubbles on the surface. the Melt temperature: The melting temperature of the glue is recommended to be set at 140 Between -160°C, if the ambient temperature is low or the production line speed is fast, it should be set higher; otherwise, it should be set lower to avoid overheating. the Substrate pretreatment:

−Substrate for bonding part Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination. − polyolefin materials must be corona treatment or oxidation pretreatment. PVC and ABS type materials are pre-treated with suitable cleaning agents or primers as appropriate. − If the surface temperature of the substrate is lower than 20°C, it should be properly preheated to about 30°C. the Cure/health:

− In order to achieve full curing, after bonding The products should be placed under suitable temperature (20°C-32°C) and humidity (45%-85% relative humidity) conditions. − The curing process will vary with the thickness of the glue, The moisture content, permeability and ambient temperature and humidity of the substrate vary, and it generally takes about 7 days to fully cure. the Machine cleaning:

− High temperature butter is required when production is stopped or wax to seal the scraping head; when the machine is shut down for three days, it needs to be heated to remove glue; if the machine is shut down for more than one week, it is recommended to use our company's special cleaning agent ZC9103 (use temperature 70-140°C) and ZC9104 to clean the throat and scraper head. − Spilled, dripped glue should be in After it cools and before it solidifies, use a rag to dip it in a common organic solvent to clean it as soon as possible; the cured glue will be difficult to remove, and it can be scraped off with a hard tool or soaked in a strong corrosive solvent for a long time. the Three, storage/transportation Shelf life: − In original unopened container, The temperature is between -30°C and 30°C,SPH-3130 The shelf life is 9 months. − Once opened from original container, unused The parts must be carefully sealed, filled with dry air or nitrogen for protection, and used up as soon as possible. the Notes:
