King’s NACURE® 4167 Blocked Catalyst
NACURE 4167 is an amine neutralized phosphate catalyst. It is a weak acid catalyst that is particularly effective with polymeric or high imino melamines and phenolics.

SOLUBILITY:
Soluble in water, alcohols, gycol ethers, esters, ketones, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

TYPICAL USAGE LEVELS :
0.5 to 2.0% as supplied on total resin solids.
INCORPORATION:
May be added to the coating with agitation as supplied or pre-diluted with alcohol.
SHELF LIFE:
18 months from the date of manufacture, when stored at ambient conditions in the original container.
HANDLING & STORAGE :
NACURE 4167 is classified as a flammable liquid. Safe handling of this product should include the use of safety glasses and gloves. Avoid breathing vapors - use with adequate ventilation. Product should be stored in lined or glass containers away from sunlight and excessive heat. Refer to MSDS for detailed information.
