Food-grade white oil is a mineral oil obtained through deep refining using a unique HT high-pressure hydrocracking process.
Food-grade white oil has undergone two or three hydrogenation treatments in the production process. The heavy metal content and arsenic content have reached the relevant national standards for food-grade white oil, and NSF certified and FDA compliant. Food-grade white oil is divided into various models according to the viscosity from 2.6-120, generally 5#, 7#, 10#, 15#, 26#, 32#, 36#, 70#, etc.
Food-grade white oil has good yellowing resistance, antioxidant properties and good viscosity-temperature properties. It is suitable for lubrication of processing equipment in the food industry such as grain and oil processing, fruit and vegetable processing, dairy processing, and bread cutting machines. It can be used for food glazing, anti-sticking, defoaming, planing, and sealing. It can be used for macaroni and bread. As a molding agent for foods such as biscuits and chocolate, it can extend the storage and freshness period of wine, vinegar, fruits, vegetables and cans.
The uses of food-grade white oil in the field of food processing are as follows:
Can be used as oven grills , release agent for bread pans and molds;
Used for lubrication of dough dividers, knives, cutting machines, meat packaging tables, chopping boards, plates and hooks;
Food Lubricant for cartons and cartons;
Preservation film for candies, fruits and vegetables;
Spray coating of egg shells;
Can also be used for meat Equipment lubricants for processing plants, seafood processing plants, pastry factories, baking plants, pet food factories, breweries, ice cream production, fruit processing plants, potato chip factories, canneries, beverage filling plants, and water plants.
