Operation Tip

1. Remove impurities on the surface of the material and keep the surface of the material free of oil stains,No dust etc.;
2. According to specific needs, evenly spray glue on the surface of the material, spray on both sides, and the spray effect should be linear and granular;
3. The spray gun is about 20±5 cm away from the surface of the material, and the nozzle and the surface of the material are kept at 45±5 degrees;
4. The spray gun moves smoothly, sprays evenly, without lack of glue or accumulation of glue, and the glue layer should not be too thick or too thin;
5. After spraying, it needs to be properly aired, and the bonding must be completed within 15 minutes after spraying, and reasonable pressure should be applied after bonding (the adhesive layer generally solidifies in about 24 hours, and the tensile force reaches the maximum in 48 hours);
6. Airing time: In summer, the temperature is high, and it is usually packed after 10 hours of airing; in winter, the temperature is low, and it is usually packed after 15 hours of airing;
7. In order to reduce the drying time, adjust the appropriate amount of glue when spraying. Under the premise of satisfying the viscosity, the less the amount of glue, the better.
8. After construction, if the glue needs to be removed, it can be removed with water before the glue is cured;
9. If one side of the bonded material is a non-absorbent material, such as wood, PVC, etc., you can spray the wood or PVC first, and when the water in the adhesive layer on the wood or PVC volatilizes more than 50%, then spray the other side with water absorption. Materials such as sponge, cloth, etc., can be bonded.
