Operation Tips
1. Use a double-nozzle (hole) spray gun for two-component water-based spray glue, and remove Material surface impurities;
2. According to the specific needs, evenly spray glue on the surface of the material, double-sided spraying, the spraying effect should be linear and granular, material A and material B are sprayed from the dual-nozzle spray gun and converge, and sprayed on the surface of the material to undergo a catalytic reaction. Effective bonding can be achieved in a short time.
3. The spray gun moves smoothly, sprays evenly, no glue shortage, no glue accumulation, and the glue layer should not be too thick or too thin;
4. After spraying, it can be sprayed and glued immediately. The bonding must be completed within 10 minutes after spraying, and reasonable pressure should be applied after bonding (the adhesive layer generally solidifies in about 24 hours, and the pulling force reaches the maximum in 48 hours).
5. During construction, the pressure of 1088 component A latex should be adjusted to about 0.15-0.35MPa, and the pressure of 1088 component B catalyst should be adjusted to about 0.03-0.05MPa. If the volume ratio reaches a balance, you can use waste materials to do experiments until the sticky effect required for the operation is achieved. The volume ratio of A material and B material is generally (3-5): 1.
6. In order to reduce the drying time, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate amount of glue when spraying. Under the premise of satisfying the viscosity, the less the amount of glue, the better.

1. After construction, if you need to remove the glue, you can use clean water before the glue is cured remove.

4. If one side of the bonded material is a non-absorbent material, such as wood, PVC, etc., you can spray the wood or PVC first, and when the water in the glue layer on the wood or PVC volatilizes more than 50%, then spray the other side with water-absorbing paint. Materials such as sponge, cloth, etc., can be bonded.
5. Store indoors, avoid freezing and direct sunlight, and place them in an environment of 5-45°C;
6. In order to prevent oxidation or skinning on the surface of the glue, please store it tightly after use;
7. Please keep it out of reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion.
8. Please follow the first-in-first-out principle for storage to prevent the inventory from being too long or exceeding the shelf life.

Shelf life Limited
The shelf life is 6 months at room temperature (25°C). If it deteriorates, it can still be used.
