Features /app
Bayhydur® BL 5335 is a blocked polyisocyanate developed for industrial applications.
Bayhydur® BL 5335 is used as a curing agent for one-component lightfast baking lacquers, suitable for spraying, dipping and rolling. It is best used in glass coatings. Can be mixed with Bayhydrol® U XP 2239 to produce hydrolytically stable coatings with good glass adhesion and excellent resistance to solvents and chemicals, especially sodium hydroxide. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
dissolve Sexuality/Dilution
Bayhydur® BL 5335 can be diluted with water, only with glycol ethers and alcohols partially compatible. Dilution solutions must be tested for compatibility and storage stability.
Save
- Store in Bayer MaterialScience original airtight container.
- Recommended storage temperature: 5-23 ℃.
- Protect from freezing, heat and foreign substances.
General information: This product is sensitive to freezing and freezing will have an irreversible effect on the product. Prolonged storage at high temperature will result in a decrease in viscosity or an increase in average particle size, resulting in precipitation and coagulation of the product. Contamination by bacteria, fungi or algae will render the product unusable.
