Features /application
Bayhydrol® U XP 2750 is a hydroxyl polycarbonate based polyurethane dispersion, It can be diluted with water to use viscosity. Can be combined with hydrophobic polyisocyanate (such as: Desmodur®N 3600, N 3900, XP 2730) or hydrophilic polyisocyanate (such as: Bayhydur304, 305, XP 2655) to prepare hard elastic Two-component polyurethane water-based coating. Two-component polyurethane waterborne coatings made of Bayhydrol® U XP 2750 have excellent weatherability (gloss retention, crack resistance), good appearance (high gloss, low haze) and excellent reflow properties (dry shaving/wet shaving). Bayhydrol® UXP 2750 is compatible with various polyacrylic acid dispersions (such as: Bayhydrol® A 145, A 2470, A 2601, XP 2645, XP 2695, XP 2770, XP 2801). Since there are many types of co-reactants to choose from, compatibility tests should be carried out one by one.

- Store in Bayer MaterialScience original airtight containers.
- Recommended storage temperature: 5 - 30 ℃
- Protect from freezing, heat and foreign substances.
General information: This product is sensitive to freezing. Prolonged freezing can cause permanent damage to the product. Prolonged storage at elevated temperatures may result in a decrease in viscosity or increase in average particle size, and may also result in precipitation or condensation. Product viscosity is mainly affected by pH value. As the pH may drop during storage, the viscosity may also drop. A small amount of 10% dimethylethanolamine solution can be added to restore the original pH value. Contamination with certain bacteria, molds or algae may render the product unusable.
