Features /application
Bayhydrol®A 2770 is a hydroxyl functional polyacrylate dispersion, the product It can be used after diluting with water. Bayhydrol® A 2770 can be mixed with aliphatic polyisocyanate to prepare high-gloss topcoat, which can be dried naturally or forced at room temperature. Example: at 80°C
The cured paint film is strong and flexible, and has excellent water resistance and solvent resistance resistance, chemical resistance. When properly prepared, e.g. in combination with Bayhydur®
ultra304, the ratio of NCO/OH is 1.5:1, and the pot life is about 4 hours.
Bayhydrol®A 2770 has good pigment wetting properties and excellent shear stability sex. A sander is suitable sanding equipment. Only pigments and fillers with minimum water soluble content may be used. Compatibility testing is usually performed for many pigments and fillers. When Bayhydur®
Or when Desmodur® is added to the slurry, a thickener must be added to ensure a high shear effect. The addition of about 0.4% Borchigen® PW25 (binder calculated on solids) has proven suitable for formulations based on Bayhydrol® A 2770. To improve the leveling and substrate wetting properties of coatings, eg BYK®349 and BYK®378 can be added. BYK®011 has proven to be a suitable defoamer. Coating and dispensing equipment can be cleaned with water, alkaline cleaners, or isopropanol.
Phase Capacitance
Suitable co-reactants for waterborne two-component polyurethane formulations, such as Desmodur® N3400, N 3600, N 3800 or N3900, Bayhydur®ultra 3100, ultra 304, ultra 305, 401-70, ultra 2487/1, XP 2655 or XP 2759
dissolve Sexuality/Dilution
Bayhydrol®A 2770 can be diluted with water in any proportion.

Avoid freezing, heat and foreign substances
General information: Short term cooling to -18°C usually does not damage the product. This product is sensitive to freezing. Freezing for long periods of time can seriously damage the product. Long-term storage at higher temperature will lead to a decrease in viscosity or an increase in average particle size, which may lead to precipitation or coagulation. The viscosity of this product mainly depends on the pH value. The pH may decrease during storage, resulting in a decrease in viscosity. The viscosity can be restored to its original value by adding a small amount of 10% aqueous solution of dimethylethanolamine. The product will be unusable due to contamination by certain bacteria, mold or algae.
