Product Features and Benefits: DISPERBYK-2012 is the preferred dispersant for resin-containing grinds. It stabilizes a wide variety of pigments, mainlyincluding transparent and opaque organic Pigments and carbon black. Various applications are also possible in resin-free grinding,even in the presence of organic amines, Rheology additives,wetting aids and organic co-solvents, Nor does it pose a problem for its dispersion properties. This high molecular weight additive improves color strength, transparencyResistance,gloss and storage stability. for pairs pH No negative impact on the stability of value-sensitive systems,It is therefore especially recommended for formulations using cationic binders. For best performance,Auxiliary must be added to the grinding base. For grinding with resin,premix resin and water, Then slowly add the additive while stirring. If the water-soluble base needs to be neutralized,then the organic amine should be in DISPERBYK-2012 before. For resin-freegrinding,just mix water and agent premix. In either case,Only add pigments after the additive has been dispersed evenly.
