Characteristics and advantages: This additive is used to produce high-concentration matte pulp. This slurry is liquid, stable in storage, easy to use, suitable for automatic metering systems, and can also be added at the end to adjust the degree of matting. The matting effect of the matting paste produced with DISPERBYK-103 may be slightly lower than that of the matting agent directly used in dry powder form.

Recommended dosage
Auxiliary dosage (purchase form) based on pigment:
Inorganic Pigments | 5-10 % |
Titanium dioxide | 2-4 % |
Matting Powder | 30-60 % |
The above recommended dosage is for reference, the best The amount to be added needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Joining method and processing guidance
For best performance, additives should be added to abrasive middle. When producing matting pulp, first mix the pulp resin with solvent and additives, and then put in matting powder. Example: grinding resin (60%solution),30parts;DISPERBYK-103,12 Parts; Solvent, 40Parts; Matting Powder, 18parts.
