( 1) Coatings and printing inks

a. Features and advantages

This additive reduces dynamic surface tension and can improve substrate wettability. Especially recommended for high-speed construction occasions. When added to the grinding base, it can reduce the viscosity of the grinding base, increase the gloss, tinting strength and transparency, and can reduce the floating color of the mixed color.

b. Recommended use

Wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings, printing inks, varnishes, anti-corrosion coatings

0.5-2 % additive level (as supplied) based on total formulation.

d. Adding method and processing guidance

When used to improve substrate wetting, additives must be added to the finished coating ; When used to improve the grinding effect of pigments, additives must be added to the grinding material. There may be a slight foam stabilizing effect with BYK-DYNWET 800.

0.7-3 % additive level (as supplied) based on total formulation.

c. Adding method and processing guidance

Can be added under stirring at any stage, BYK-DYNWET 800 may be added during the mixing stage Has a slight foam stabilizing effect.

( 4) Detergents, cleaning and care products

a. Features and advantages

BYK-DYNWET 800 improves the performance of self-polishing wax emulsions (matt and gloss) Substrate wetting ability. BYK-DYNWET 800 does not increase the slip of the system, does not contain fluorine, and does not affect subsequent construction.

b. Recommended dosage

0.1 % - 1.0 % additive level (as supplied) based on total formulation.

c. Adding method and processing guidance

BYK-DYNWET 800 can be added at any stage, but it is recommended to add it later. This additive is mainly used in formulations containing plasticizers, and it needs to be made into a 10% active substance solution with volatile plasticizers before use.
