JH-II early strength water reducing agent

1. Usage and characteristics:

This agent has the functions of early strength, water reduction and enhancement, and is a natural maintenance admixture. This agent is generally used in concrete used in brick-concrete structures. Concrete mixed with this agent can reach more than 70% of the design mark after 5 days of molding at normal temperature. The strength of ring beams, structural columns, balconies, awnings and other components cast by concrete mixed with this agent increases rapidly, and the strength will still increase accordingly in the later period. The use of this agent can not only shorten the construction period, but also ensure the quality of the project.

2. Scope of application:

This agent is suitable for construction in normal temperature, low temperature and negative temperature (the lowest temperature is not less than -5℃) environments with early strength or anti-freezing requirements. Ordinary concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete projects.

4. Dosage and usage:

1. Dosage is 3%-5% of cement mass.

2. The mixing and vibrating of concrete with early-strength water-reducing agent can be the same as that of concrete without admixtures. When the powder is added to the mixer, it should be dry-mixed with cement and aggregate before adding water and stirring. The time should not be less than 3 minutes.

3. When using natural maintenance, it should be covered with plastic film. When it is low temperature, it should be covered with insulation material.

1. Woven bags lined with plastic bags weighing 50kg each.

2. This agent is in powder form. Be careful not to damage it when handling it. It should be protected from moisture when storing it. If there is moisture and agglomeration, it should be crushed and passed through a 0.63mm sieve before use.
