Gypsum mortar is a new type of wall plastering material. It uses semi-hydrated gypsum as the base material, high molecular polymer as the cementing material, and the inorganic filler is dry mixed. It is a new type of improved interior wall painting material, which changes the traditional habit of using cement base as the cementing material. It has very good compatibility and adhesion with various base walls.
Advantages:
1. Crack resistance, sound insulation and heat insulation.
2. Automatically adjust indoor humidity and have a "breathing" function.
3. Strong adhesion, firmly bonded to the base material and not easy to crack.
4. Good workability and simple construction.
5. The construction speed is fast and the cycle is short.
Scope of use: Applicable to the inside of exterior walls of steel shear walls, household walls, air-entrained blocks, lightweight sand aerated blocks, clay bricks and other substrates and the room walls of each household wall , Thermal insulation of stairwells.
When mixing gypsum mortar with concrete, please add the amount of water recommended above. Add 7.5-10 kg of gypsum mortar to every m3 of fine stone concrete formula. Please be sure to dissolve the gypsum mortar with water beforehand. Just add the dry gypsum mortar powder directly, and the mixing time is at least 5-7 minutes. When the concrete mix becomes hard, only 0.5 kg of water can be added to each m3 of concrete formula and mixed for 3-5 minutes. The mixing time is an important factor affecting the quality of concrete. The slump needs to be about 10cm. Continuous stirring is required during construction, and the mixer cannot be turned off. Water-reducing agents such as carboxylic acid or naphthalene sulfonic acid can be added according to project needs, but the amount used can be halved. The cementitious materials used in masonry mortar are cement and lime. The choice of cement type is the same as for concrete. The cement grade should be 4-5 times the strength grade of the mortar. If the cement grade is too high, the amount of cement will be insufficient and the water retention will be poor. Lime paste and slaked lime not only serve as cementing materials, but more importantly, they make the gypsum mortar have good water retention. </p
