On October 30, 2023, Yuxin Co., Ltd. announced the pre-approval of the construction engineering design plan and planning permit for the 20,000 tons/year PBAT modification project of its holding subsidiary Huizhou Boke Environmental New Materials Co., Ltd.
The total investment of this project is 41.3667 million yuan. It uses degradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) and starch as raw materials. Under the action of talc powder, glycerin and other additives, it is processed through physical extrusion and shearing. , drying, granulation, packaging and other processes to produce modified PBAT, which can be widely used in food, pharmaceutical packaging, agricultural production and other fields. It is planned to set up 4 modified production lines, each with an annual output of 5,000 tons, mainly including a feeding system , product extrusion system, pelletizing system, drying system, packaging machine system and supporting public engineering equipment. The factory building is one storey high, with the building area and floor area the same. The building and structure construction area is 955.9 square meters. The project covers an area of 955.9 square meters.
